I love your freezer meal videos I make some of them on the 1st of the month and use the dollar store pans with lids I can have 30 freezer dinners ready for the month and each day of the week as a single person it save me so munch time and then I dint have to decide what I’m making for dinners just pulling it out and letting thaw in the fridge wheel I’m at work and all I have to do is heat it up Thank you for these recipes.

Jamerill, I live in Melbourne Australia and a friend and I were talking about food and different names they are called. We understand peanut butter and jelly sandwiches which are not a thing in Australia but wondered what name Americans call the dessert that is gelatine made up in different flavours in a bowl or mould. We call it jelly but we're curious about your name for it. I love ❤️ your channel and get lots of inspiration from it, particularly large recipes which we need for about 40 people for our weekly community meal at our church.

I wish people would learn the difference between grams and a full carb, because for diabetics it's very important to get the proper terminology on food nutrition labels. It takes 15 grams to make 1 full carb, so when you said that those tortillas are only 4 carbs each, you meant to say 4 grams each tortilla right? Because no one eating healthy to lose weight, in their right mind is going to eat more than 1 tortilla if that tortilla is 4 full carbs, that would mean you're eating 60 grams total in 1 tortilla. So please read your labels properly, because for diabetics it's the difference between giving the right amount of insulin before eating that 1 tortilla or 4 tortillas which at 4 carbs each like you stated, would equal 1 full carb for each tortilla and thats a lot of insulin to inject, instead of giving insulin for 4 grams per tortilla which its only injecting for 1 carb. Believe it or not, I've had to teach School nurses on this. love you and I love your show...

There's not really much protection against cataracts it's part of aging and people with vision issues throughout their life. Be aware of the amount of sun exposure to your eyes my brother in law lost his sister to brain cancer and the doctor said it was caused because the eye had to much sunlight penetrate the eye cells. I know you'll do what's best for you light colored eyes have more problems with sunlight because the retina is not as protected from sunlight as darker colored eyes.

Jamerrill, as I watched your video today I was reminded of some worship music that always blesses me. I am guessing you might listen to Christian music as you walk and run. Check out Alvin Slaughter. Lord I Run To You, Who Can Satisfy and Rain Down. There are many more that that transport me into worship but those are just a few. Bless you for sharing your weight loss journey as I know it is inspiring many to get healthier.
